One word that defines her: Energetic

Bonnie’s background is in client service, as she came to us from BrandMuscle, a leading web-based brand and local marketing software company where she served as an account manager to big box retailers and Fortune 1000 CPG companies. At SparkBase she leverages that experience to help our clients craft programs that resonate with merchants.

Did we mention that Bonnie is a killer soccer player, having played in college? She’s our Pele and as soon as we recruit 10 more athletes, we’re going to field the best corporate soccer team you’ve ever seen.

I spend time critiquing a certain someone’s rockin’ 90’s fashion sense here at the office. On a more serious note, I help potential clients meet their business objectives by integrating our reward and gift card processing capabilities into their merchant service offerings.

How that helps clients…
I see it as my responsibility to really understand a potential client’s business model so I can determine if SparkBase can help them achieve their objectives or overcome the obstacles that inhibit their growth. SparkBase isn’t for every company, and understanding how our client’s tick makes sure that I can put together a program that fits their needs.

Why she loves what she does at SparkBase…
Because we are turning gift and loyalty into a new revenue source for ISOs while allowing them to sell their own product. Plus, I get to laugh. A lot. You should see the way some people dress around here.
