Brian combines a remarkable facility for technical insight with a deep empathy for our clients’ needs in his role as Project Manager. Recognizing that problems are often rooted in simple issues, Brian is able to quickly distill problems, ask probing questions and solve what appear to be complex situations with a minimum of pain. Whether the client has hardware or software issues, Brian is the master of all that he surveys on the SparkBase landscape.

It’s my job to make sure that our client service is as stellar as our SparkBase products. Since my technical experience encompassed both hardware and software configurations, I find that I can pinpoint and solve virtually any client problem. Go ahead, try to stump me.

How that helps clients…
We know that clients have their own business to run. That’s hard enough without trying to learn all of the intricacies of the SparkBase platform. That’s my job. I quickly identify the source of the client’s confusion or complexity, determine the best problem resolution and walk the client through the most direct and simplest solution to reach their loyalty goals. No wasted time.

Why he loves what he does at SparkBase…
I love the energy and atmosphere of the SparkBase office. I’ve always worked in large corporate environments that never encouraged the type of openness and creativity that we’re immersed in every day.
