One word that defines her: Dedicated

Christine joined the SparkBase team after 5 years with Restaurants-America, where she was General Manager at two locations, project manager for new store openings and a Manager Trainer. As a Manager Trainer, Christine assisted in restructuring the training program for new team members as well as mentoring managers after training was completed. Christine’s stores were two of the top performing stores in the company boasting more than 25% increase in sales year over year due, in part, to her successful implementation and marketing of the loyalty program at both locations.

Initial and on-going training of clients, creating and maintaining a relationship with clients, troubleshooting, preparing file builds for downloads, assisting with downloads, creation of training docs

How that helps clients with their problems…
I am a client’s first line of defense against any problem they need assistance with. In most cases I can give them the answer they are looking for, in other cases, I can point them in the right direction and manage the open item until they have a resolution.

Why she loves what she does at SparkBase…
I love teaching about our system and helping our clients to manipulate what we do into what they need. I’m great at it because on good days I’m patient with learning curves and I enjoy thinking about the programs being created from every angle (cardholder, clerk, merchant admin, and client).
