A diehard Cleveland advocate who won’t surrender hope that somehow, sometime a Cleveland professional sports team will win a national championship, Eric is far more reality based when dealing with client support issues. With nearly as much SparkBase experience as our CEO, his hands-on background in SparkBase training has been indispensible in expanding the scope and skill of our support group.

Eric is frequently our client’s first point of contact when support issues arise. He answers their calls, responds to their emails and walks them through the SparkBase system when they’re having problems. Our resident answer man makes sure every client has the knowledge and the tools they need to be successful.
