Transaction processing might not be sexy, but it sure is essential to everything we do, and Lee is our in-house transaction ranger. It’s not terribly difficult to process one shopper redeeming their free coupon at Doug’s Doughnuts, but it can be pretty challenging to process 20,000 doughnut redemptions at the same instant. And that’s where Lee comes in. Making sure that each transaction is processed and the resulting data provided to each user’s mobile app and each store owner’s dashboard. Seamlessly. Transparently. And certainly.
