About Rodney


One word that defines him: Committed

A versatile customer service professional with strong ISO and financial services experience, Rodney joined SparkBase from Merchant Service Center, an ISO and one of the first SparkBase clients. In fact, Rodney has been supporting the implementation of the SparkBase platform for as far back as we can remember. When Rodney isn’t helping clients through their technical issues, he’s spending time in the classroom as an adjunct professor. He’s also a published author and speaker.
