<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Answer calls from clients with technical problems. If they are having issues&#8230;find a way to fix them.</li>
<li>Schedule and download POS terminals with our software. This is a level-playing field as there are probably only 1,000 people in the US that have ever worked with these terminals.</li>
<li>Walk clients and possibly merchants through training on how to use their POS terminal to run gift and loyalty transactions.</li>
<li>For many you are the face (or voice) for SparkBase. You need to be professional and uphold our standards with every e-mail, voice-mail or phone call.</li>
<li>You will answer clients’ basic questions quickly. If they require in-depth tech support, you will collect information, get real smart in the area the customer is struggling, and report back to them.</li>
<li>You will help us understand customer trends, documenting and reporting what you observe to the management team to make our support process better.</li>

<p>Paycloud is a product of SparkBase, Inc., a leading gift and reward card processor for merchants around the world. We’re based in Cleveland, but we don’t limit ourselves by geography.</p>
<p>Paycloud is in the process of building a team of talented, motivated, won’t-take-no-for-an-answer sales managers who love our product and want to be a part of getting it into every business within any given sales representative’s territory.</p>
<p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br />
This is a 1099, direct, outside sales position. Each team member will be assigned a specific territory in the Columbus market. You will be responsible for selling Paycloud to businesses in your territory and owning each account relationship in order to ensure customer retention and drive contract renewals. As part of this dynamic sales team, you will have the opportunity to create a strategic customer acquisition plan for your territory and will dictate your work schedule to achieve target objectives. The earning potential associated with this position is significant &#8211; to put it simply, the more you sell, the more you make.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
• Manage &amp; develop your market in the Columbus area and onboard merchants to the Paycloud program<br />
• Schedule appointments each week with business owners for the explicit<br />
purpose of demoing Paycloud<br />
• Close a minimum of 3 accounts per week &amp; 12 account per month<br />
• Provide daily updates to Paycloud Lead/Supervisor<br />
• Build a database of merchants to target and follow up with each week<br />
• Attend networking and Chamber of Commerce events to introduce<br />
Paycloud within your specific territory<br />
• Manage relationships with Paycloud clients in your territory in order to<br />
upsell premium versions of the product and secure contract extensions<br />
• Work as many or as little hours you choose &amp; earn full-time commissionsIdeal Candidate Must Have (at a minimum)<br />

<p>Paycloud is a mobile app that allows businesses to extend the reach of their existing reward program and delivers discounts and deals directly to customers on the one thing they’re most likely to eat, sleep, work and most importantly, shop with: their phone.</p>
<p>Paycloud is a free app for customers, downloaded through the iPhone or Android app store on their smartphone. Once registered with Paycloud, customers can locate area businesses, enroll in their Paycloud program in a single touch, and instantly gain access to discounts and rewards.</p>
<p>Unlike traditional discount and reward programs, customers earn points and redeem rewards and discounts in store through a low-cost Paycloud sensor without ever printing an email or cutting coupons.</p>
<p>Paycloud was developed specifically for small, local businesses, which have the greatest need for the benefits of reward programs, but can’t afford to dramatically cut prices with typical daily-deal programs.</p>

<p>Paycloud is an award-winning, mobile rewards and offers application that extends the best deals, coupons and offers from businesses to their customers on their iPhone or Android smartphone. Paycloud is charting the path for mobile rewards applications, and we’re looking for highly motivated, self-starters to join our direct sales team.</p>
<p>Paycloud is a product of SparkBase, Inc., a leading gift and reward card processor for merchants around the world. We’re based in Cleveland, but we don’t limit ourselves by geography.</p>
<p>Paycloud is in the process of building a team of talented, motivated, won’t-take-no-for-an-answer sales managers who love our product and want to be a part of getting it into every business within any given sales representative’s territory.</p>
<p><strong>Position Overview</strong><br />
This is a 1099, direct, outside sales position. Each team member will be assigned a specific territory in the Cleveland market. You will be responsible for selling Paycloud to businesses in your territory and taking owning of each<br />
account relationship in order to ensure customer retention and drive contract renewals. As part of this dynamic sales team, you will have the opportunity to create a strategic customer acquisition plan for your territory and will dictate your work schedule to achieve target objectives. The earning potential associated with this position is significant &#8211; to put it simply, the more you sell, the more you make.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
• Manage &amp; develop your market in the Cleveland area and onboard merchants to the Paycloud program<br />
• Schedule appointments each week with business owners for the explicit<br />
purpose of demoing Paycloud<br />
• Close a minimum of 3 accounts per week &amp; 12 account per month<br />
• Provide daily updates to Paycloud Lead/Supervisor<br />
• Build a database of merchants to target and follow up with each week<br />
• Attend networking and Chamber of Commerce events to introduce<br />
Paycloud within your specific territory<br />
• Manage relationships with Paycloud clients in your territory in order to<br />
upsell premium versions of the product and secure contract extensions<br />
• Work as many or as little hours you choose &amp; earn full-time commissionsIdeal Candidate Must Have (at a minimum)<br />
• High school education<br />
• High energy, great attitude, persistence, go-getter mentality, strong<br />
desire to learn and be a part of building something special<br />
• iPhone or Android smartphone<br />
• Reliable car transportation<br />
• Access to fax machine or scanner<br />
• Self-Starter</p>

<p>In 2011 we launched Paycloud in Chicago and received an amazing response from businesses all over the city – salons, cupcake shops, auto-repair shops – you name it, they wanted Paycloud.</p>
<p>This year we’re going bigger and better, and launching in cities across the US.</p>
<p>We’re not wasting a minute of 2012, so we’re kicking off in January in the city we know and love: Cleveland, Ohio!</p>
<p>Neither ice, nor snow, nor frigid temps (and we fully expect all of these) can stop us from bringing Paycloud to businesses in our hometown.</p>
<p>As the Paycloud Team Leader, my job is to ensure the success of Paycloud in every launch city. Meaning, no matter where we go, we’re not leaving ‘til the city it littered with businesses delighted to be using Paycloud and reaping the benefits of our mobile reward program.</p>
<p>Since I can’t do it alone, I’m currently hiring Paycloud Territory Sales Reps who will join our Paycloud sales team in Cleveland.
