• Support preparation of consolidated internal financial statements by gathering, entering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments using Quickbooks Enterprise for Windows
• Maintain and balance various automated billing systems by inputting data, verifying output and processing payment
• Prepare and record entries into Quickbooks and reconcile accounts
• Prepare payments by accruing expenses, assigning account numbers, requesting disbursements, classifying expenses and reconciling accounts

SparkBase, Inc. Launches Paycloud^® Mobile Wallet in Jacksonville, FL

March 26, 2012, Jacksonville, FL – SparkBase, Inc. (www.sparkbase.com) an Ohio-based loyalty marketing company is launching Paycloud, a mobile rewards app for iPhones and Android smartphones, to Jacksonville-area businesses.

Position Overview

This is a full time, W-2, salary plus commission, outside sales position. Each sales rep will be assigned a specific territory in the respective market. You will be responsible for selling Paycloud to businesses in your territory and taking ownership of each account relationship in order to ensure customer retention and drive contract renewals. As part of this dynamic sales team, you will have the opportunity to create a strategic customer acquisition plan for your territory to achieve target objectives. The earning potential associated with this position is significant – to put it simply, the more you sell, the more you make.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & develop your market in the Jacksonville area and onboard merchants to the Paycloud program
• Schedule appointments each week with business owners for the explicit purpose of demoing Paycloud
• Close a minimum of 10 accounts per week and 40 accounts per month
• Provide daily updates and attend a weekly status call with the Paycloud Senior Sales Director
• Leverage a SparkBase database (CRM) to manage merchants to target and follow up with each week
• Manage your sales pipeline and send the Paycloud Senior Sales Director each week
• Attend networking and Chamber of Commerce events to introduce Paycloud within your specific territory
• Manage relationships with Paycloud clients in your territory in order to upsell premium versions of the product and secure contract extensions
