The SparkBase servers are secured in a $20 million dollar data center. No expense was spared in the creation of this Tier-I facility. From the 5 levels of security needed to access the servers, to the 600 wet-cell batteries that keep power to the racks, we are safe and secure. 4 redundant OC-192 pipes power our internet backbone, and miles of fiber-optic cable insure that when that terminal calls one of our modem banks, the call gets through. There isn’t another stored-value platform in the US that can touch our facility.

We understand that a great system isn’t a great system if it goes down. We replicate to multiple-redundant facilities to ensure that your data is up to date and safe. If something happens to our primary facility, rest assured that in seconds, our backup facilities will be taking transactions like nothing happened.
